It Takes a Village to Open a Bistro
Toby Barlow in his recent op-ed in the NYT reveals a spirit of collaboration among Detroit's businesses, fighting Detroit's bad stigma is a common fight, one in which competition won't serve anyone.
Barlow writes: "I WAS recently sitting at the bar of Le Petit Zinc talking to the owner, Charles Sorel, when he said something I found shocking: “I can’t imagine opening a business anywhere but Detroit.” read the whole article here.
