You have a fine roof ahead, I wonder what my Daytona Beach foreclosure house would look like. I have talked to a Daytona Beach foreclosures agents and they replied that I can see it early week of 2011. I just hope that it is in a good condition and deal.

Not only must a roof endure a pounding from the elements, it has to do so flawlessly--or look out below. Just a few hours of dripping can spoil Sheetrock and fine detailing. And should that dribble remain unnoticed, structural damage is eventually inevitable. Keep this vital role in mind when evaluating what kind of roof to put over your head. For you don't want to scrimp on your home's protective shield.

I think the roof needs a major renovation to prevent any damages or leaks in the house.

Yup, looks like there's a lot of hard work ahead for that roof. Some "after" pics would be nice, since the house would look pretty good once repairs are done. Also, a bit of repainting won't hurt. Roof repair is a definite must though, since getting some rain down those holes would be pretty bad. Well, good luck with the roof work!
